Project outcome (1/3)
The first result of the project is a Virtual teams toolkit.
It is a practical and innovative toolkit to support team leaders, managers, SMEs, HR professionals, trainers and eWorkers in adopting best practices for teleworking.
To create this toolkit, the partners carried out extensive research to collect best practices, especially concerning the management and well-being of virtual teams.
The toolkit is currently being finalised. It has been tested and reviewed. The partners are currently translating it into the different languages of the project: Greek, Spanish, and French. It will also be available in English.
