One of our newest Erasmus Plus projects Pentateams – New skills and competences for high performing and inclusive teams (pr. number 2023-1-FR01-KA220-VET-000152480), coordinated by France and with the participation of Austria, Greece, Italy, and Spain, aims to improve interpersonal relationships, respect for diversity, inclusion between people from different social or cultural backgrounds and team cohesion in the frame of the organizations. In this way we will raise awareness of the importance of D&I policies, but we will also bring about improved results in all areas, not only in productivity, but also in social impact.
