DESCRIPTION

SoftComInVET project is an Erasmus+ project in the field of Strategic Partnerships for vocational education and training which aims:

-To enhance the knowledge capacity of training mentors in EU SMEs companies, providing work placements for VET learners
-To equip them with a specific set of tools for soft skills development
-To promote exchange of good practices and collaboration between institutions, providing work placements for VET learners on translational level
