The PENTATEAMS project is designed to foster improvements in interpersonal relationships, diversity, and inclusion within teams across organizations in the participating countries. Its goals include enhancing awareness of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) policies, demonstrating their importance for both productivity and social cohesion within teams. The project will develop and disseminate tools and training systems aimed at managers and team leaders, encouraging the formation of inclusive and high-performing teams. By showcasing good practices and success stories, PENTATEAMS aspires to make a significant impact on how organizations understand and implement team dynamics, contributing towards a more inclusive and productive work environment throughout Europe.
