This October 2023 our team (Manos, Vasilis and Paulos) participated in the Horeca Zero Waste training program in Sofia Bulgaria. They were happy to learn more about the food waste problem.
The training included a theoretical and practical part based on the results created during the project. It was kicked off diving into the world of waste management! One of the highlights of this training was when we had the pleasure of hosting two amazing restaurant owners 
who shared their brilliant zero-waste management strategies with us! It’s incredible to see businesses making a positive impact on the environment.
